Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Delete payee transactions sent to approval multiple times for same payee.
Expected BEHAVIOR
---------------
Delete payee transactions should not sent to approval multiple times.
STEPS
-----------------------
1. Login via corporate maker and navigate to Payments > Setups > Manage Payees
2. Click on the payee and delete
3. Repeat the step 2
4. Login via corporate checker
5. In 'Pending for Approval' multiple delete payee transactions are shown for same payee
6. Approve the delete payee transaction
7. Payee deleted successfully even though other delete payee transaction records are shown for same payee
