ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
ICDONLIQ: the sttb_req_master customer_no is blank

when we are doing icdonliq liquidation, the customer_no is null in this table.

1) Launch icdonliq screen
2) Pick one account and save and auth for liquidation
3) Check the sttb_req_master if the customer_no column is populated or not.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The expectation is the customer_no column should get populated with the actual cif of the casa account used in liquidation.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, the sttb_req_master customer_no is blank
