When attempting to create party preferences, following error occurs.

ERROR ON SCREEN

Please provide at least 1 search input.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Party preferences should be saved without error.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with following steps:
1. Login via administrator.
2. Navigate to Party Preferences.
3. Enter data, click on search and select a party id whose preferences is not created.
4. Select party type as corporate and map to group corporate new.
5. Enter other details. Click on Save.
6. On Review screen review the data.
7. Click on Confirm, note the error.
