System Validates RMA arrangements and Correspondent details and failed to process outbound payments (Doc ID 2993667.1)

Symptoms

On : 14.7.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

When attempting to initiate a transaction through PXDOTONL (Outgoing Cross Border Payments) screen , the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
PM-VALS-079 - Not able to accommodate all parties in the chain
PX-PROC-046 - Payment chain building failed - either RMA setup is missing or currency correspondent not found or Parties not part of the selected Network.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch PXDOTONL screen.
2. Initiate a transaction by providing all necessary information.
3. Visit to Additional details tab under Main section.
4. Provide all the details such as Originating Bank, Sender/Receiver correspondent, Account with institution, etc. and select the settlement Preference method as Serial.
5. Check if the transaction gets processed successfully.
