On : 14.7.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support
Email Alert not sent for customer
An alert created for customer to sent email. ittb_communications table is populated correctly but email is not sent. Screenshot of maintainence done is attached. Email id provided i valid one but still email notification was not received. Let us know if any maintainence is needed for email setup.
