ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Unable to fetch the transactions which are performed in DD and BC Operations screen
After Issuing the DD and BC, When we are trying to perform operations in DD Operations screen like liquation. After submitting the transaction from the screen we are not able to fetch the transaction from Electronic or Servicing Journal Screen. But for Issuance of DD and BC we were able to fetch those and authorize.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

User should be able to fetch BC/DD liquidation records
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Try Liquidate a DD/BC
2.Submit the transaction
3. Try to fetch from Journal screen

Due to this issue, users cannot fetch the transaction
