Payee Add : Add Payee Limit option on confirm screen is not working

EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR

Payee Add : Add Payee Limit option should take the user to add limit screen.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Due to this, user unable to maintain limit for payee on confirm screen itself.
