"401 Unauthorized" Error on Login as a Retail User (Doc ID 2994570.1)

Symptoms

On : 22.2.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

When attempting to log in as a retail user, the following error occurs.

ERROR

401 Unauthorized

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Retail user from Admin login
2. Try to login with retail customer
3. It is getting logged in then throw on login page

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, retail users will not be able to log in to the applicaiton
