ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

In the environment, observed that MESSAGE_STATUS_UPDATER_JOB is continuously running and writing logs. On further analysis, we found that this job runs through all the records in PMTB_MSG_DLY_MSG_OUT with MSG_STATUS 'B' and tries to update the MSG_STATUS to 'G' for all valid transactions.
As the number of transactions increases, this job will keep looping through them and continuously write debugs and have performance impact.
