Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Users have developed a new maintenance screen and a summary screen using OBX.
Users are trying to authorize the record which is created. On click of 'Authorize' button, the authorize view screen comes up. Here they can see only Approve and cancel button. Reject button is missing. Whereas in other maintenance screens they are able to see the 'Reject' button.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

On click of Authorize button, reject button should also be there on creating the screens using OBX tool.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Custom OBVAM screens using OBX tool.
2. Create Record.
3. Authorize

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot find reject button while clicking on authorize.
