ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

User Entitlement Report is not available to map in user report mapping.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

User Entitlement Report should be available to map in Report Mapping.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with following steps:
1. Login via administrator.
2. Navigate to User Report Mapping > Administrator.
3. Select any administrator user to map the reports.
