ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
PADOTSTM on modification Save and cancel operation is not working

When trying to modify a record again which has been modified earlier, the save and cancel function itself is not working and the page got stuck.

Cancel button is working intermittently.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Modification related issues to be fixed.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Query an existing record in PMSSITMP
2. Modify the template using PADOTSTM. save and authorize.
3. Query again the same record in PMSSITMP which was modified earlier.
4. Modify the template using PADOTSTM. this time Save operation is not working.
