On : 14.7.0.3.0 version

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

OBPM does not generate the automatic reversal of the transaction

SDD INC overdraft: After receiving the KO from ECA, OBPM does not generate the automatic reversal of the transaction.
After the rejection of the overdraft, the transaction should go in returned and it should produce the pacs.004 outgoing, to inform the sender bank.
Furthermore, we see that it is in transaction repair in the exception queue.
