Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Export LC Advise -> Scrutiny Stage -> after rejecting the task, task is not going to reject approval.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The task should go to the reject approval stage after it is rejected.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Reject the task.
2. Check task reject approval stage.
