ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Reverse button does not come in FXDTRPAY for a partially liquidated Fx contract. 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Bank wants to reverse partially liquidation of FX contract payment.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an FX contract.
2. Go to FXDTRPAY and make partial payment.
3. Try to reverse the same.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot reverse partially liquidated fx contract.
