Symptoms
On : 22.2.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support
When attempting to add limits to newly added payees,
the following error occurs.
ERROR
"System cannot process the request currently, please try later."
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Login to OBDX Application as a Corporate user
2. Add any new payee
3. On the confirmation page click on Set limit
4. on the Set limit page click on the edit icon next to the daily limit
5. try to save it,"Error as mentioned above is noted"
BUSINESS IMPACT
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue,Users are not able to add the limit to a new payee.
Changes
No changes done to hardware/product or environment cause this issue.
