Symptoms

While uploading Internal SDMC, below error is observed.

ERROR

DIGX_FL_015 :- Applicable limits not found for this transaction.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as Corp User
2. Goto File Upload
2. Upload the SDMC file

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, user is not able to upload Internal SDMC file.
