Error Status Is Displayed for Party Wise Payee Maintenance Report (Doc ID 3000186.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
"Party Wise Payee Maintenance Report" are always in 'Error' status.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
"Party Wise Payee Maintenance Report" should be processed successfully and not always be in 'Error' status.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with following steps:
1. Login the application via administrator. Navigate to generate report
2. Schedule party wise payee maintenance report. Check from view report if created successfully.
3. Go to My report > Check 'Generated Date and Time' and 'Status'
4. Date and time is not as per system timezone and status is always appear as 'Error'.
