On : 14.3.0.0.0 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Switch Reversal Transaction was not successful at UBS end

We found for some reversal transaction of VISA fast fund which UBS is sending good response to Switch though it is unsuccessful at UBS. As a result customer is benefited and can withdraw the same which is financial loss for Bank .

Our observation is if UBS send good response, the reversal should be successful for the respective CASA account. Otherwise UBS will send unsuccessful response instead of good response.


STEPS

  1. Do a Switch Transaction
  2. Send the Reversal of the Transaction
