ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

FCGL | CYPO entries are not posted for FCR transactions

In FCGL, CYPO entries are not getting posted for FCR transactions. STTM_BANK has correct maintenance and FLG_POSITION_AC field is Y. 
In the ACPKS unit the FLG_POSITION_AC was assigning as null.

In FCGL, CYPO entries should post for FCR transactions.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In FCGL, CYPO entries are not getting posted for FCR transactions.
2. STTM_BANK has correct maintenance and FLG_POSITION_AC field is Y.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, CYPO entries are not posted.
