ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

OBP 14.5.0.9.0 TARGET2MX : Outgoing pacs.004 missing tag RtrChain. -We are having an issue regarding the generation of pacs.004.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The generated pacs.004 include RtrChain tag so it will not fail in network and generate properly.


STEPS
-----------------------

1)Receive an incoming target2mx.
2)Txn goes to Non Stp Queue.
3)Modify/save or Release from Non Stp Queue (or just cancel from Non Stp Queue and generate pacs.004).
4)Txn goes to Sanction Check Queue and it receives a disallow/block from AML_network.
5)Pacs.004 is generated and goes into Sanction Check Queue.
6)Pacs.004 receives approve from AML_network.
7)The generated pacs.004 does not include RtrChain tag thus it is failing in network and admi.007 is received.

Changes

  Fix provided as Debtor agent bicfi is assembled properly.
