Symptoms

While ingesting the AccountToCustomer data in to cust_acct table getting the rejections issue with bellow error:

"failed DB validation. Reason: java.sql.SQLIntegrityConstraintViolationException: ORA-00001: unique constraint (OFSAAFCCM.CUST_ACCT_SEQID_IDX) violated. Record will be rejected.”
