Symptoms

While initiating Loan repayment, below error is observed.

ERROR

Loan settlement request failed.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Login to OBDX with retail user.
2.Go to Accounts> Loan & Finances
3.Initiate Loan Repayment

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, user is not able to initiate loan repayment.
