Goal

When the internal audit reviewed the Frequent Change in Instructions scenario's (114000022) alerts in production noticed that the highlights text included Max_Chgs_in_1_Acct for alerts with less than 5 values, as the logic is actually set for Max_Chgs_in_1_Acct > 5.

Does this mean the scenario logic is incorrect as the alerts with highlights for Max_Chgs_in_1_Acct have created alerts for instructions with values less than 5?
