Symptoms

On : 14.6.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

When attempting to amend the details in OLDTRONL the following error occurs.

ERROR

OL-LINK-16 - Transaction is pending/In process from ELCM system.Cannot proceed with authorization.~


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Do the Contract creation in OLDTRONL
2, Successfully Save the transaction after clearing the Errors
3, Before authorization, Do the Unlock and Modify the details in OLDTRONL
4. System failed with the Error
OL-LINK-16 - Transaction is pending/In process from ELCM system.Cannot proceed with authorization.~

BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, users cannot Save the modification
