KYC ECM Cases Are Not Generated (Doc ID 3001784.1)

After upgrading from 8.1.1 to 8.1.2.

KYC regular processing batch and KYC ECM batches are successful but  KYC cases are not generated.

Version : 8.1.2

After completion of KYC individual batches, we observed FCT_RA and
fct_cust_histry tables were having 13 as N_RA_STATUS_KEY. After executing
KYC-ECM batch, N_Ra_status_key is getting updated as null in the function
F_FCC_UPDATE_CASEID_OKYC(last task of KYC-ECM batch) because function code
has inner join on FCC_CORRELATION_EVENT_MAP and this table does not have
values for problematic events. So, instead of updating with the values 16, it
is updating the N_RA_STATUS_KEY and V_CASE_REF with null values.
