On : 14.6.0.0.0 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
System has created ECA block for Forex txn and has not released the same

User has posted Forex txn, however system has created ECA block and amount has not released .

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
ECA block should be released once the accounting is posted.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Book a FX contract
2. Verify if the eca block is created and released after successful liquidation of the contract.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, amount block is not released.
