Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After branch closure users are not able to search check book in function CASCHBOO. 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User should be able to search the chequebook as the accounts are moved to a different branches before the source branch is closed. 

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Close the account branch.
2. Verify whether the user able to search the check book
