Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
While creating Outbound Cross Border Payment transactions through the web service system the charges are not waiving.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should waive the charges as mentioned in the request XML.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Send a CreateXborderOut request to PMXborderOutService web service
2. Mention the waive tag as Y for the charge components
3. Verify whether the transaction was created with waived fees.
