On : 14.7.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support
Gurantee (GTEE) amendment is failing when a line is linked and amount is increased amendment is failing when a line is linked and amount is increased .

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a GTEE with parity limit
2. Process an amendment by increasing amount
3. Beneficiary confirmation flag is NO
4. Visit sub systems and click on save
5. Getting error ST-AMND-03
