ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

In Islamic origination all the applications are showing in 'W' Status at user acceptance stage on clicking for proceed or reject.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The status should depend upon the application. It should not be W for all scenarios
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Go to User Acceptance stage
2. Enter the details
3. Click on Proceed / Reject
4. Check the status in Completed Tasks
