On : 14.5.0.0.0 version, Production Support

BC Liquidation failing with error CS-SPLIT15 "Value Date Holiday check for currency ETB is failing"

CS-SPLIT15 "Value Date Holiday check for currency ETB is failing"

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create import LC with customer (Applicant) country code other than country code of Bank. Example An Ethiopian customer opened USD account in Djibouti and creating LC.
2. Select the LC Applicant whose Country is defined as ET (Ethiopia)
3. In Settlement , select all accounts either as LCY or USD (or any FCY).
4. Save and Authorize the LC.
5. Pay the LC (Liquidate from BCDTRONL) and try to save
