ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
EFF_LINE_AMOUNT SDE is deriving 0 value in case account currency and facility currency is not same.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should derive EFF_LINE_AMOUNT value in account currency and pick the formula accordingly to calculate interest


STEPS
-----------------------:
1. Create casa account having ccy as KHR
2. Link facility to the same account with ccy as USD
3. System is deriving EFF_LINE_AMOUNT SDE as 0



BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, incorrect interest is charged to the account.
