Unable to Create Simulation Structure in Liquidity Management (Doc ID 3002670.1)

When attempting to create simulation structure in liquidity management accounts are empty, following error occurs.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with following steps:
1. Login via user.
2. Navigate to Toggle menu > Liquidity Management > Simulation > New Simulation(Top Right Button) .
3. Create any of the structure below and apply:
    a. Sweep
    b. Pool
    c. Hybrid
4. Notice that accounts are not present for the request digx-liquiditymanagement/v1/liquidityManagement/simulationAccounts .
