Symptoms

While viewing nickname on transaction screen, below error is observed.

ERROR

Nickname is truncated.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX with Retail user
2. Navigate to account->transaction
3. Observe nickname

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, user is not able to view nickname correctly.
