On : 14.7.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support
ELCM - Unable to create facility
INTEREST_REQD column is dropped as part of 14.7.0.4.0 but the java file was not updated as a result we are getting 'Message does not exist for this Error Code' error while creating facility from GEDFACLT screen.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Facility using GEDFACLT
2. On Save Error is thrown.
