ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Data inconsistency happening wherein application is updating the Source for the transaction initiated from OBTFPM, but External Ref Number is not getting updated.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

External Ref Number is not getting updated wherein the Source for transaction is getting updated.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Book OBTFPM contracts
2. Verify cstb_tf_contracts table if data is getting updated.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, data inconsistency is happening where in application is updating the Source for the transactions (Tasks) initiated from OBTFPM but External_ref_no is not updated for the same.
