Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The account statement screen fails to show list of transactions with very large number of records.
The API call fails and gives 400 bad request.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Transactions should be displayed.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to a retail/corporate user which has large amount of transactions done on a single day. (typically if more than thousands of transactions in a single account).
2. Load the Account Transaction page.
