ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

FCUBS | 14.6.0.4.0 | Corporate Accounts Interest is not Liquidated.

There are some corporate accounts for whom Interest Liquidation not happened, user tried to post the interest with REST API calls but its trying to post the interest for full feb month also.

Request you to please arrange a call at 3:30 PM IST to check this issue. These are very important clients for bank, so kindly help to rectify this.

INITIAL ANALYSIS

It is found that the wakala accounts defer_liq_dt changed to 31-Mar-24 post month end, so it's not liquidated.
So, user changed the date with today and tried the liquidation in one branch first with EOD, didn't work followed by REST API which not worked as expected.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Interest should be liquidated.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, system is not liquidated interest for few accounts.

Changes

 Deferred flag is set as Y and calc days is set as 60, due to which the interest is deferred.
