When a User Unchecks 'Apply Party Level Changes Automatically' Checkbox, All Accounts are Automatically Mapped (Doc ID 3004648.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
All the accounts are automatically mapped even when ‘Apply Party Level Changes Automatically’ checkbox is unchecked.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
All accounts shouldn't get automatically mapped when ‘Apply Party Level Changes Automatically’ checkbox is unchecked.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login via administrator
2. Navigate to access management > account access > user account access
3. Fill the party id details and perform search
4. Select one user and click on virtual account management – real account
5. Now, Click on map all accounts and uncheck ‘apply party level changes automatically’checkbox
6. Then go next and now check the ‘map all transactions to all accounts’ and click on save and confirm.
7. Now, again go to party account access and perform search with same party id and click on ‘virtual account management – real account’
8. Now, un-map all the accounts and click on next button and save and then click on confirm
9. Now, again go to party account access and perform search with same party id and click on ‘virtual account management – real account’
10.Now, check ‘map all accounts’ and click on next
11.Now, check ‘map all transactions to all accounts’and click on save and click on confirm.
12.Please check that all the accounts got automatically mapped when user account access is manual.
