Replication failing for STTM_CORE_EL_LIAB_ALLW_CUST TABLE
While creating customer with limits tracking enabled, liability created automatically in GEDMLIAB same data was found in STDCRLIB.
but the data was not populated to table sttm_core_el_liab_allw_cust.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Data should be populated in sttm_core_el_liab_allw_cust
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Create a a CIF with liablity track
2. Verify the Limit data populated post CIF creation
