ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Instrument numbers starting with zero are changed to number without zero on save time.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The maintained number should be intact.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Launch PIDINSNO screen.
2) Keyin Start Number say 000001 and End Number say 000010 as per the maintained Instrument Number Length under PIDINPRF.(length maintained as 6)
3) Once it is saved, verify Start Number and End Number.
