During Bill Contract Reversal ->Transactions processed successfully in OBTF but failed in Core with error ST-MAND-001
ERROR

ST-MAND-001 Mandatory Field Lcy Amount(Lcyamt) is Not Input.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. A bill having two events INIT and AMDN is reversed (contract reversal).
2. On reversal system posted unbalanced entries.
