Incoming MT 700 Going Into Repair In Case Field 44 (A,B,E,F ) Passed as greater than 65 Chr
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expectation is that system shall allow to upload a message with more than 65Z characters in 44A, 44B, 44E and 44F as per SWIFT 2023 standard
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upload an incoming MT 700 with field 44A, 44B, 44E and 44F with more than 65Z characters as per SWIFT 2023 standard
2. Message is uploaded but processing status is updated to repair as system is not able to decompose the incoming message
3. We found that system is expecting only 65 characters in fields 44A, 44B, 44E and 44F
4. Expectation is that system shall allow to upload a message with more than 65Z characters in 44A, 44B, 44E and 44F as per SWIFT 2023 standard
