Goal

Users are not able to upload the document with File size less than 20MB in STDCIF,STDCUSAC,CLDACCNT screens.
As advised earlier to correct configuration, Parameter was added and restarted but still user is not able to upload document greater than 2 MB and less than 20 MB.
