Symptoms
When attempting to initiate an Outward Bank Guarantee with documents attached, on review page,
following error occurs.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to application
2. Navigate to Trade Finance-->Bank Guarantee-->Outward Bank Guarantee-->Initiate BG
3. Provide all details, on attachments tab, upload a document, submit
