Symptoms

When attempting to initiate payment transfer from VAM (Virtual Account Management) accounts for corporate users, following error occurs.

Party not accessible

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Login via corporate user.
2. Navigate to payments > initiate transfer
3. Select a virtual debit account and fill the remaining details and submit.
4. Please check that party not accessible error is displayed.
