Symptoms

On : 14.7.0.2.0 version, Production Support

PBDOTONL: For VAM account system is mandating to click on validate credit account

PBDOTONL: For VAM account system is mandating to click on validate credit account. validate credit account is only for Virtual identifier where the account number not exists in core accounts tables in FCUBS.
But for those real and virtual accounts which exists in core accounts table system should not mandate to click on validate credit account button

System giving error as 'validate account details as virtual identifiers are allowed '.

This message should be thrown when the keyed in account is not available in sttm_core-account and sttm_core_virtual_account and the VI_applciable is Y in sttm_host_param.

Validate account details as virtual Identifiers are allowed for the Host PM-VAM-002

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) VI is enabled in sttm_host_param
2) input credit account as VAM account which is exists in sttm_core_virtual-account
3) input other details and click on enrich
System giving error as 'validate account details as virtual identifiers are allowed'.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users will facing the error.
