Whenever User Navigates From Loan Repayment "Confirmation Screen->What To Do Next-> View Account Statement", Blank Screen Visible To User. Console Error "Custom Url Is Not Defined." Is Observed. (Doc ID 3007261.1)

Once user navigates from "What would you like to do next" on loan repayment confirmation screen. User is not able to view "account statement". Below error is observed.

Custom URL is not defined on ui console.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX with Retail user.
2. Perform Loan Repayment txn.
3. On confirmation screen, click on "What would you like to do next"
4. Click on "Go To Account Details"
4. Click on "View Statement"

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, user is not able to view account statement.
