On : 14.5.0.0.0 version, Production Support-SET

Unable to apply advanced search in ECA Queue

Users are unable to apply advanced search rules/filters on the ECA Queue (PQSECAQU)
When they search a value, flexcube times out and they have to close down and reopen flexcube.
